The rate of change and disruption is increasing, and along with that levels of uncertainty are excalating, the need for adaptation and innovation (to remain relevant, at the very least) is ever greater. Hamel presents interesting perspectives on how companies and individuals can cope/exist/compete in this state - adaptability, is a relatively simple word, but how does the manager/leader ensure the adaptability, flexibility, capability of the enterprise within this ever (faster) changing context?
