Should South Africa actively drive at growing its economy to provide jobs for the vast number of unemployed indivduals, serious and urgent effort should be brought to bear to create an environment that is business, and in particular small business, friendly, encouraging citizens to first make their own economic future, and then to grow to such an extent that these entrepreneurs employ fellow citizens.
